精细化人文关怀护理对急诊观察室患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化人文关怀护理对急诊观察室患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年6月收治的80例急诊观察室患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受精细化人文关怀护理,比较两组患者负性情绪、护理满意度、睡眠质量等。结果两组患者护理前SAS评分、SDS评分比较差异无显著性(t=0.1104、0.0579,均P>0.05),护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(t=37.3415、46.1503,均P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(72.50%)(χ^(2)=7.4397,P<0.05);两组患者干预前PSQI评分比较差异无显著性(t=0.0804、0.2129、0.6092、0.6092、0.2014、1.2745、0.6238,P>0.05),干预后,观察组入睡时间、日间功能障碍、催眠药物、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(t=25.1906、64.9207、98.5999、73.2343、114.1964、48.8636、107.8963,P<0.05)。结论急诊观察室接受精细化人文关怀护理干预,可使其保持良好的心理状态,并改善睡眠质量,对建立良好的护患关系也有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of fine humanistic care nursing on negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients in emergency observation room.Methods 80 patients in the emergency observation room from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received fine humanistic care nursing.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS were compared between the two groups before nursing(t=0.1104,0.0579,all P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=37.3415,46.1503,all P<0.05);95%of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than 72.50%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.4397,P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the two groups were compared before intervention(t=0.0804,0.2129,0.6092,0.6092,0.2014,1.2745,0.6238,all P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep time of the observation group,daytime dysfunction,hypnotic drugs,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,sleep time,the score of sleep quality was lower than that of the control group(t=25.1906,64.9207,98.5999,73.2343,114.1964,48.8636,107.8963,P<0.05).Conclusion intensive humanistic care nursing intervention in the emergency observation room can keep them in a good psychological state and improve their sleep quality,which is also of positive significance to establish a good nurse patient relationship.
