优质护理在老年高血压患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究对于高血压老年患者应用优质护理的价值。方法于我院高血压老年患者中随机抽取116例,分为对照组(58例,常规护理)和观察组(58例,优质护理),对比两组护理效果。结果观察组SBP、DBP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从率54例(93.10%)较对照组42例(72.41%)明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组满意度55例(94.83%)高于对照组43例(74.14%)(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压老年患者采取优质护理服务更有利于稳定患者血压指标,改善其不良情绪,确保其得到充足休息,长此以往有利于调节血脂水平,改善患者依从性,提高护理服务水平,得到患者认可和满意,可积极于临床推广。Objective To study the value of high-quality nursing for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 116 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group(58 cases,regular nursing)and the observation group(58 cases,high-quality nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).SAS,SDS points and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of 54 cases(93.10%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 42 cases(72.41%)in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 55 cases(94.83%)in the observation group was higher than that of 43 cases(74.14%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing service for elderly patients with hypertension is more conducive to stabilizing their blood pressure indicators,improving their bad mood,and ensuring their adequate rest.In the long run,it is conducive to regulating the level of blood lipids,improving patient compliance,and improving the level of nursing service,which is recognized and satisfied by patients,and can be actively promoted in clinical practice.
