腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术后患者中应用临床护理路径干预的效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术后患者中应用临床护理路径干预的效果观察。方法选取我院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术患者80例随机分组,对照组常规护理,研究组实施临床护理路径干预,分析两组患者排气时间、下床时间、住院时间、负面情绪、疼痛评分、并发症情况。结果研究组的排气时间(18.21±2.31)h、下床时间(15.47±1.84)h、住院时间(50.32±5.70)h均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后焦虑情绪(36.22±5.47)分、抑郁情绪(34.21±5.47)分及疼痛评分(3.58±0.43)分均低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症研究组患者明显较低(P<0.05)。结论对行腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术患者,术后采用临床护理路径模式,有助于加速康复进程,并发症发生率低,改善消极心态。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention in patients with inguinal hernia after laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair.Methods From January 2020 to June 2022 were laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair of inguinal hernia patients 80 cases randomly grouping,the control group(routine nursing)and study group(clinical nursing path interference),analysis of two groups of patients with exhaust time,bed time,length of hospitalization time,negative emotions,pain score,complications.Results The exhaust time(18.21±2.31)h,getting out of bed time(15.47±1.84)h,hospitalization time(50.32±5.70)h in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score(36.22±5.47),depression score(34.21±5.47)and pain score(3.58±0.43)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Complications were significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair,the clinical nursing pathway mode after operation can help accelerate the rehabilitation process,reduce the incidence of complications,improve negative mentality.
