城镇沿街风貌整治策略研究——以傅村镇街道更新设计为例

摘　　要：在城市建设重点由外延拓展向内涵提升转变的新常态下,老旧街区改造愈来愈成为多方关注的焦点,对于设计方来说更是如此。本文以济宁市傅村镇街道更新设计为例,针对现存的整体风貌失衡、建筑形态失控、建筑老旧严重、街道环境不佳等问题,进行深入的分析和研究,同时基于“城市双修”理念,结合当地实际情况,对上述问题提出综合整治策略和具体实施方法,以期在满足街道品质提升、塑造良好形象的基础上为其他地区更新改造提供实践上的启示与理念上的借鉴。In the new normal state where the focus of urban construction is shifting from extensional expansion to connotation enhancement, the renovation of old neighborhoods has increasingly become the focus of attention from many parties, especially for the designers. This paper takes the renewal design of the streets of Fucun Town in Jining as an example, and conducts in-depth analysis and research on the existing problems such as unbalanced overall style, out-of-control architectural forms, serious old buildings,and prominent street environmental problems. At the same time,based on the concept of “urban repair and ecological restoration”,the paper puts forward comprehensive rectification strategies and specific implementation methods for the above problems according to the actual local conditions, with a view to provide practical enlightenment and conceptual reference for the renewal and transformation of other areas on the basis of improving the street quality and shaping a good image.
