摘　　要：本文以上海近代外滩建筑为研究对象,在充分进行文献阅读分析及现场调研的基础上研究上海近代建筑立面风格变迁,并结合时代背景特点进行归纳分析。在此基础上将近代上海外滩建筑立面风格变迁与建筑结构、高度、材料与类型结合,由此探究近代上海外滩建筑立面风格变迁受到建筑结构、高度、材料与类型的综合影响,并尝试为中国近代建筑史研究提供一点新的线索与方法。This paper takes the modern Bund buildings in Shanghai as the research object, studies the changes of facade style of modern buildings in Shanghai on the basis of full literature reading analysis and on-site investigation, and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the historical background. On the basis of this, it combines the changes of the fa?ade style of the modern Shanghai bund buildings and building structure, height, materials and types,and then explores the comprehensive effect of the building structure,height, materials and types on the changes of the fa?ade style of the modern Shanghai bund buildings. The paper tries to provide some new clues and methods for the research on modern Chinese history of architecture.
