传统精、粗混合饲料与全价配合饲料对常德淮鸭屠宰性能的影响比较

摘　　要：目的探究全价配合饲料和传统精、粗混合料对淮鸭屠宰性能的影响。方法试验选取3日龄,体重相近的淮鸭240只,随机分成处理组(T)和对照组(C),每组120只。对照组全程饲喂全价配合饲料,处理组采用传统的精、粗料混合饲喂技术,实验为期42d。实验结束时,比较2组的屠宰性能、肌肉常规营养成分和微量元素。结果从体重变化来看,饲养42d后对照组的肉鸭平均重显著高于处理组(P<0.05);处理组胸肌率(8.03%)显著高于对照组(6.46%)(P<0.05),胸肌中锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)元素的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);处理组粗脂肪、粗蛋白含量和经济效益也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与饲喂全价配合饲料相比,饲喂传统精、粗混合饲料在促进胸肌中脂肪和蛋白质沉积,提高胸肌率、微量元素含量和经济效益上有明显优势。In order to explore the green breeding method of meat ducks,the local meat duck breed of Changde,Huai Duck,was taken as the research object to explore the effects of full-price compound feed and traditional refined and coarse mixed feed on the slaughter performance.A total of 240 Huai ducks with similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(T)and control group(C),120 in each group.The control group was fed full-price compound feed throughout the whole process,and the experimental group adopted traditional refined and coarse mixed feed.The experiment lasted for 42 days.At the end of the experiment,the two groups′,slaughter performance,regular muscle nutrients and trace elements were compared.The results showed that:in terms of weight change,the average weight of meat ducks in the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group after 42 days of feeding.However,the breast muscle rate of the treatment group(8.03%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(6.46%),the content of Mn,Fe,and Cu in the breast muscle was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the content of crude fat,crude protein and economic benefits were also significantly higher than that of the control group.This study shows that compared with feeding full-price compound feed,feeding traditional refined and rough feed can promote the deposition of fat and protein in breast muscles,increase breast muscle rate,trace element content and economic benefits obvious advantage.
