摘 要:近年来,由于肉牛、绵羊支原体肺炎的传入,给张家川回族自治县肉牛、绵羊养殖产业造成巨大的经济损失。支原体肺炎,是由于感染支原体而引起的高度接触性传染病,主要以飞沫经呼吸道传播,也可通过直接接触传播。本研究采用ELISA方法检测肉牛、绵羊支原体肺炎在该地区的感染情况,较全面地反映其流行特点。肉牛、绵羊支原体肺炎在张家川回族自治县东部、中部、西部15个乡镇均有发病;肉牛的总感染率(8.98%)低于绵羊的总感染率(10.46%)。In recent years,due to the introduction of mycoplasma pneumonia in beef cattle and sheep,it has caused huge economic losses to the beef cattle and sheep breeding industry in Zhangjiachuan County.Mycoplasma pneumonia is a highly exposing infectious disease caused by infection with Mycoplasma.The disease is mainly transmitted through the respiratory tract by droplets,but can also be transmitted through direct contact.This study used elisa method to detect the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in beef cattle and sheep in the region,which comprehensively reflected its epidemic characteristics and assessed the feasibility of relying on vaccines for prevention.Mycoplasma pneumonia in beef cattle and sheep occurred in 15 towns in the east,middle and west of Zhangjiachuan County.The total infection rate of beef cattle(8.98%)was slightly lower than that of sheep(10.46%).
