摘  要:为恢复渤海B油田A8井产能,研究了海上结蜡气井化学清蜡技术的可行性,建立了高效清蜡剂体系,并设计适合海上含蜡气井的化学清蜡工艺方案。结果表明,溶剂油+蜡晶分散剂+降黏剂体系具有较好的清蜡效果,45℃下静态溶蜡速率达到0.033 g/min,闪点大于55℃,且不含有机氯和二硫化碳,清蜡工艺对气井A8井筒清蜡效果显著,可在不停产情况下清除井筒内任何位置的结蜡,预计清蜡周期增至89 d,投入产出比为1∶3.8,大幅降低了A8井清蜡作业周期和费用,提高了气井产能。For the high wax-containing gas well A8 in Bohai B,the chemical wax removal technology was studied,the efficient wax remover agent was screened,and the chemical wax removal technology for offshore gas wells was designed.The results show that the wax remover K has an excellent effect.The wax dissolution rate is 0.033 g/min at 45℃,the flash point is above 55℃,and it does not contain organic chlorine and carbon disulfide.The wax removal technology for the A8 gas well has achieved remarkable result.It is expected to increase the wax removal cycle to 89 days,and the input-output ratio is 1∶3.8,and it significantly reduces the wax removal cycle and the cost of A8 well.
