摘  要:制备了一种耐高温乳液稠化剂压裂液。实验结果表明:该压裂液适用于30~180℃储层改造,低浓度时可作为滑溜水使用,满足大规模体积改造;高浓度时满足加砂压裂改造。在180℃条件下,2 h时,黏度在100 mPa·s以上;弹性指数储能模量G′大于10 Pa,优于常规压裂液体系,具有良好的支撑剂携带能力;破胶彻底;微观结构可见明显的网状及交联结构;现场应用效果显著。该体系实现了滑溜水到携砂液的无障碍切换,满足目前体积改造大规模施工、工厂化作业的需求。A high-temperature resistant emulsion thickening agent fracturing fluid was prepared,which is suitable for reservoir reconstruction at 30180℃.Low concentration of this emulsion thickening agent fracturing fluid can be used as slick water to meet the needs of large-scale volume reformation;It can meet the requirements of sand fracturing reformation at high concentration.Under the condition of 180℃,the viscosity is more than 100 mPa·s after 2 h,the elastic index storage modulus G′is more than 10 Pa,which is superior to the conventional fracturing fluid system,and has good proppant carrying capacity.The microstructure shows obvious network and cross-linked structure,and the effect of field application is remarkable.The system realizes the free switching from slick water to sand carrying fluid,meeting the current requirement of large-scale construction and industrialized operation of volume transformation.
