摘 要:分析了不同工况下渣油加氢脱金属催化剂上沉积金属的分布形式,比较了不同工况下运转后试样的物相结构、元素组成、孔结构、热解行为等。结果表明:工况条件及原料性质是影响催化剂性质的主要因素。对于原料性质一般,运转周期较长的催化剂来说,Ni、V的沉积最终均呈现出较为明显的里低外高趋势。而对于原料性质较差,运转周期较短的催化剂来说,Ni的沉积自内而外均衡分布,V依然呈现较为明显的里低外高趋势。在1 000℃时,A工况试样A-1的质量保留率为92.4%,而B工况试样B-1的质量保留率为68.1%,两者相差约24%。The distribution of deposited metals on the residue hydrodemetallization catalyst under different operating conditions was analyzed,and the phase structure,elemental composition,pore structure and pyrolysis behavior of the samples under different operating conditions were compared.It was found that operating conditions and feedstock properties were the main factors affecting the catalyst properties.For the catalyst with general raw material properties and long operating cycle,the deposition of Ni and V finally shows a relatively obvious trend of low inside and high outside.For the catalyst with poor raw material properties and short operation cycle,Ni deposits are evenly distributed from the inside to the outside,and V still shows an obvious trend of low inside and high outside.At 1000℃,the mass retention rate of sample A-1 under the working condition of A is 92.4%,while the mass retention rate of sample B-1 under the working condition of B is 68.1%,with a difference of about 24%.
