摘 要:以核壳型Y@SBA-15复合分子筛为催化剂的主要裂化组分,通过调变壳层SBA-15与核层Y的比例制备一系列催化剂。采用TEM、^(27)Al NMR、N_(2)吸附和XRD等表征手段对分子筛和催化剂进行了表征,并在微型和小型反应装置上对催化剂进行了性能测试。结果表明:以正十二烷加氢裂化为模型反应,随着复合分子筛中壳/核质量比由1∶9增加至3∶7,正十二烷转化率由81.36%下降至75.36%,而C_(4)-C_(8)组分选择性由60.63%增加至71.96%。以中东VGO为原料,在相同转化率条件下,与纯Y分子筛工业催化剂相比,以壳/核比例为2∶8的复合分子筛制备的催化剂反应温度降低2℃,同时,中间馏分油选择性提高1%。A series of Y@SBA-15 composite zeolite catalysts with core-shell structure were prepared by compositing SBA-15 zeolite on the surface of core layer Y zeolite with different mass ratio.The samples were characterized by TEM,^(27)Al NMR,N_(2) adsorption and XRD techniques,and the performance of the catalysts was evaluated on micro and small scale reaction units.Taking n-dodecane hydrocracking as a model reaction,as the shell/core ratio increases from 1∶9 to 3∶7,the conversion of n-dodecane decreases from 81.36%to 75.36%,and the C_(4)-C_(8) selectivity increases from 60.63%to 71.96%.Using Middle East VGO as raw material,under the same conversion rate,the Y@SBA-15 composite zeolite catalyst with shell:core ratio of 2∶8 was compared with the pure Y zeolite industrial catalyst.The results show that the reaction temperature of the current catalyst with shell:core ratio of 2∶8 was decreased by 2℃,and the middle distillate oil selectivity was increased by 1%.
