摘　　要：以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛水溶液为主要原料,以质子酸为催化剂,在乳化剂存在下合成了2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚),考察了二价金属离子对2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)粒度的影响。结果表明:在常见质子酸盐酸、硫酸和磷酸催化,不加钙离子时,产物粒径较小、易结块、流动性差;加入钙离子时,产物倾向于形成较大的颗粒,抽滤速率更快,生产效率得以提高,干燥后物料流动性更好,后续工序使用更为方便。2,2′-Methylenebis(4,6-di-t-butylphenol)was prepared from 2,4-di-t-butylphenol and formaldehyde aqueous solution by protonic acid catalysis in the presence of emulsifier.The effect of adding 2+valence metal cations on the particle size of 2,2′-methylenebis(4,6-di-t-butylphenol)was studied.The results indicate that the product is small in size under the catalysis of commonly used protonic acid,such as hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,and phosphoric acid.The product is easy to aggregate and difficult to flow without adding calcium.After adding calcium,it is easy to form large particles,and the product is easy to filter,the product yield is greatly improved,the dried product flows more easily and is easy to use in the subsequent process.
