摘  要:考察了气相色谱-真空紫外吸收光谱(GC-VUV)分析仪对不同柴油的测试适用性及结果准确性。以8种不同加工工艺的柴油为研究对象,分别采用GC-VUV、SH/T 0606(GC-MS)、SH/T0806(HPLC)方法进行了组成分析。结果表明,GC-VUV法和GC-MS法测定的总饱和烃、总芳烃含量基本相当,测定数据差值最大2.1%;GC-VUV法测定的总芳烃含量介于GC-MS与HPLC两种方法之间,总芳烃含量平均差值1.2%。GC-VUV法能够同时得到柴油烃类化合物和碳数分布信息,试样分析速度快,数据准确度高、稳定性好,对于直馏和精制柴油组成测定具有较好的适用性。The applicability and accuracy of gas chromatography-vacuum ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy(GC-VUV)for different diesel oil were investigated.Eight diesel oils with different processing technologies were selected as the research objects,and the components were analyzed by GC-VUV,SH/T 0606(GC-MS),and SH/T0806(HPLC)methods,respectively.The results showed that the contents of total saturated hydrocarbons and total aromatic hydrocarbons determined by GC-VUV and GC-MS were basically similar,and the difference between the measured data was 2.1%.The total aromatic content determined by GC-VUV was between GC-MS and HPLC,with an average difference of 1.2%.By comparing the results of the three methods,it can be seen that the GC-VUV method can not only detect the diesel hydrocarbon composition,but also obtain the carbon number distribution of diesel oil,with more information,faster and more convenient detection.For the straight run and refined diesel,the determination accuracy is high,and the applicability is good,meeting the precision requirements of the method for the repeatability and reproducibility,and providing method support for diesel composition research.
