摘　　要：随着市场环境的不断变化,各类EPC、PPP等费率招标项目大量出现。基于施工企业视角,通过对费率招标项目存在的各类风险进行梳理、分析,归纳出有重大影响的五类典型风险,并基于此提出相应的风险防范对策,以期为施工企业在开展同类项目投标和开展项目管理时提供参考。With the continuous change of the market environment,a large number of EPC,PPP and other rate bidding projects appear.Based on the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper combs and analyzes various risks existing in rate bidding projects,summarizes five typical risks,and puts forward corresponding risk prevention countermeasures based on the analysis results,with a view to providing reference for construction enterprises in the bidding and project management of similar projects.
