摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞芬太尼、异丙酚对老年及非老年下肢骨折手术患者的麻醉效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年8月泰州市第三人民医院收治的下肢骨折手术患者80例,根据年龄分为老年组和非老年组,各40例。两组均给予异丙酚与瑞芬太尼实施复合麻醉,对比麻醉效果。结果:两组患者麻醉前、麻醉10 min、麻醉30 min以及术后5 min的心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1 h、4 h、6 h疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异丙酚与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉用于老年、非老年下肢骨折患者均可取得良好的麻醉效果,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To study the anesthesia effects of remifentanil and propofol on elderly and non-elderly patients with lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:From October 2020 to August 2021,40 patients with lower limb fracture who underwent the surgery in the Third People's Hospital of Taizhou City were selected.According to age,they were divided into the elderly group and the non-elderly group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given propofol and remifentanil as the combined anesthesia.The effect of anesthesia was compared.Results:There were no significant differences in heart rate,mean arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups before anesthesia,10 minutes under anesthesia,30 minutes under anesthesia and 5 minutes after surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups at 1 hour,4 hours and 6 hours after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined anesthesia of propofol and remifentanil for elderly and non-elderly patients with lower extremity fractures can achieve good anesthesia effects and has high clinical application value.
