厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取北京市西城区社区卫生服务中心2020年2月-2021年2月收治的原发性高血压患者126例,根据治疗方式不同将其分为两组,各63例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血压、不良反应以及生活质量情况。结果:两组患者治疗后观察组总有效率为92.06%,明显高于对照组的74.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血压水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组较对照组降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对原发性高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,效果显著,可以有效降低血压水平,并且安全性高,有利于提高患者的生活质量,值得推荐应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 126 patients with essential hypertension diagnosed and treated in Xicheng District Community Health Service Center in Beijing from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,adverse reactions and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.06%,which was significantly higher than 74.60%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of patients in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decline in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of patients with essential hypertension achieve significant effect.It can effectively decrease the blood pressure level,have the safety,and increase the quality of life of patients,so it is recommended to be applied.
