摘　　要：目的:探讨牙齿缺失伴骨量不足患者采用Bio-Oss骨粉与Bio-Gide膜引导骨再生治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年12月收治的牙齿缺失伴骨量不足患者178例,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组(56例)与试验组(122例)。对照组采用Bio-Oss骨粉治疗,试验组采用Bio-Oss骨粉联合Bio-Gide膜治疗。比较两组临床疗效,测量患者骨缺损以及修复(植骨厚度、成骨厚度)情况,观察两组不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者治疗后试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后骨缺损小于对照组,成骨厚度大于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组植骨厚度、不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在牙齿种植中采用Bio-Oss骨粉联合Bio-Gide膜能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者骨缺损及成骨厚度,且不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Bio-Oss bone meal and Bio-Gide periosteum guided bone regeneration therapy in patients with tooth loss and insufficient bone mass.Methods:A total of 178 patients with tooth loss and insufficient bone mass admitted from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=56)and the experimental group(n=122)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with Bio-Oss bone meal and the experimental group was treated with Bio-Oss bone meal and Bio-Gide periosteum.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The bone defect,bone graft thickness and osteogenesis thickness of the patients were measured.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone defect in the experimental group after treatment was smaller than that in the control group,and the osteogenesis thickness was greater than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone graft thickness and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bio-Oss bone meal and Bio-Gide periosteum in dental implantation can effectively enhance the treatment effect,improve the patient's bone defects and osteogenesis thickness,have mild adverse reactions,have safety and reliability,so it is worthy of promotion.
