耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合氟康唑氯化钠注射液耳浴及达克宁外耳道涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨视频耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合氟康唑氯化钠注射液耳浴及硝酸咪康唑乳膏(达克宁)外耳道涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的临床疗效。方法:选取云南省保山市第二人民医院2017年12月-2018年12月收治的80例外耳道真菌病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。试验组40例(40耳),给予视频耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合氟康唑氯化钠注射液耳浴及达克宁外耳道涂布。对照组40例(40耳),给予视频耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合氟康唑氯化钠注射液耳浴。观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者分别随访3个月,试验组总有效率为100.0%,复发率为2.5%;对照组总有效率为87.5%,复发率为25.0%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合氟康唑氯化钠注射液耳浴及达克宁外耳道涂布治疗外耳道真菌病效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of video endotoscopic external ear canal irrigation combined with fluconazole and sodium chloride injection ear bath and Gyno Daktarin(miconazole nitrate cream)external ear canal coating for treatment of external ear canal mycosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with external ear canal mycosis diagnosed in Baoshan Second People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(40 ears)was treated with video endotoscopic external ear canal irrigation combined with fluconazole and sodium chloride injection ear bath and Gyno Daktarin external ear canal coating.The control group(40 ears)was treated with video endotoscopic external ear canal irrigation combined with fluconazole and sodium chloride injection ear bath.The clinical treatment effect of patients in the two groups was observed.Results:The patients in two groups were followed up for 3 months.The total effective rate was 100%and the recurrence rate was 2.5%in experimental group.The total effective rate was 87.5%and the recurrence rate was 25.0%in control group.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video endotoscopic external ear canal irrigation combined with fluconazole and sodium chloride injection ear bath and Gyno Daktarin external ear canal coating for treatment of external ear canal mycosis has significant effect.
