摘　　要：目的:探讨社区2型糖尿病团队管理联合全科门诊治疗在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:收集2020年6-9月就诊的2型糖尿病患者90例,按照随机原则分为两组,各45例。研究组采用社区2型糖尿病团队管理联合全科门诊治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。对比两组患者血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))],血压,血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]情况。结果:干预后研究组FBG、2 h PBG、HbA_(1c)、收缩压、舒张压、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用社区2型糖尿病团队管理联合全科门诊治疗有利于2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血压、血脂水平控制,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of community type 2 diabetes team management combined with general practice outpatient treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated from June to September in 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was given community type 2 diabetes team management combined with general practice outpatient treatment,while the control group was given conventional treatment.The blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))],blood pressure,blood lipids[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the FBG,2 h PBG,HbA_(1c),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TG,TC,LDL-C levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community type 2 diabetes team management combined with general practice outpatient treatment is beneficial to control the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
