低频脉冲刺激穴位结合六步乳房按摩法在母婴分离产妇泌乳Ⅱ期启动中的应效果用

摘　　要：目的:探讨低频脉冲刺激穴位结合六步乳房按摩法在母婴分离产妇泌乳Ⅱ期启动中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月太仓市第一人民医院收治的母婴分离产妇282例为研究对象,根据入院时间分成观察组(143例)和对照组(139例)。对照组运用电动吸奶器结合常规乳房按摩法,观察组运用低频脉冲刺激穴位结合六步乳房按摩法。比较两组产妇治疗效果、乳房胀痛评分、泌乳量及临床恢复时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2、3、4天,两组产妇乳房胀痛评分逐渐降低,同时间点观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后24 h、48 h、72 h泌乳量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组泌乳Ⅱ期启动时间、恶露持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对母婴分离产妇采取低频脉冲刺激穴位联合六步乳房按摩法临床效果显著,明显改善产妇泌乳量,缩短恶露持续时间,降低乳房胀痛程度,加快泌乳Ⅱ期启动时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of low-frequency pulse acupoint stimulation combined with six-stepbreast massage in the initiation of stageⅡlactation in maternal separation.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,atotal of 282 parturients in in maternal separation who were admitted to Taicang First People’s Hospital were selected as the studysubjects,and they were divided into study group(143 cases)and control group(139 cases)according to the time of admission.Thecontrol group used electric breast pump combined with conventional breast massage,and the study group used low-frequencypulse stimulation of acupoints combined with six-step breast massage.The treatment effect,breast swelling pain score,milk yieldand clinical recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation groupwas higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On Day 2,3 and 4,the scores ofmaternal breast swelling pain in the two groups decreased gradually,and the observation group was lower than the control group atthe same time point,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The milk yield of the observation group at 24 h,48 h and72 h after delivery was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The initiationtime of stageⅡlactation and lochia duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low-frequency pulse acupoint stimulation combined with six-step breast massage has significant clinical effect during maternal separation,it significantly improves maternal mild yield,shorten the duration of lochia,reduce the degree of breast swelling pain,and accelerate the initiation time of stageⅡlactation.
