摘　　要：目的:分析系统性红斑狼疮患者的服药依从性,探讨其健康护理对策。方法:选取2021年1-12月常州市第一人民医院住院收治的56例系统性红斑狼疮患者为研究对象,选择Morisky问卷调查患者服药依从性,收集患者的一般用药资料,分析并及时总结导致患者服药依从性差的主要原因,并给予患者相应健康护理指导及护理。结果:56例患者服药依从性良好0例;服药依从性一般33例,占58.9%;服药依从性较差33例,占41.1%。结论:通过积极开展临床研究,剖析影响用药依从性的各种因素,并研究其保健护理措施,通过进行适当的保健教学和药物辅导,改善患者在用药上的各种常见错误观点和反对用药的心态,通过建立平等诚信的医疗、护患人际关系、良好的家庭关系互相支持,更有效地改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的用药依从性和护理效率,降低并发症发生率,从而改善患者的生存质量。Objective: To analyze the medication compliance of systemic lupus erythematosus patients and discuss the healthcare countermeasures. Methods: A total of 56 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus hospitalized in Changzhou First People’s Hospital from January to December in 2021 were selected as the research objects. Morisky questionnaire was selected to investigate patients’ medication compliance, patients’ general medication data were collected, the main reasons for poor medication compliance were analyzed and timely summarized, and patients were given corresponding healthcare guidance and nursing. Results: Among 56 patients, 0 case had good medication compliance;33 cases had general medication compliance,accounting for 58.9%;and 33 cases had poor medication compliance, accounting for 41.1%. Conclusion: By actively carrying out clinical research, analyzing various factors affecting medication compliance, and studying the healthcare measures, through appropriate healthcare teaching and drug counseling, patients’ common misconceptions and rejection to medication have been improved, and through establishing equal and honest medical treatment, nurse-patient interpersonal relationship and good family relationship, they support each other and effectively improve medication compliance and nursing efficiency of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, reduce the incidence of complications, and accordingly improve the quality of life of patients.
