定频螺杆式冷水机组的变频改造及试验研究

摘　　要：为提高冷水机组的部分负荷性能,满足用户的节能改造要求,本文对定频螺杆式冷水机组进行变频改造及相关试验研究。结果表明,定频螺杆式冷水机组变频改造后的综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)提高22%。最后对变频改造带来的运行电流、控制逻辑、运行范围、谐波、共振等问题给出相应解决方案。In order to improve the part load performance of the water chiller and meet the customer’s energy-saving transformation needs,a frequency conversion transformation of the fixed-frequency screw water chiller is carried out,and the relevant experimental research is done.The results show that the integrated part load value(IPLV)of the fixed-frequency screw water chiller after frequency conversion transformation increases by 22%.In addition,the solutions are given to the problems of running current,control logic,operating range,harmonics and resonance caused by the frequency conversion transformation.
