摘　　要：以北京市某区村镇黑臭水体治理项目为例,梳理黑臭水体成因、有针对性的设计方案、具体整治措施及治理效果,形成智慧水环境管家系统治理体系。通过治理前后断面监测水质类别的对比分析,确定水环境管家系统在村镇级黑臭河道水体治理及修复中具有显著效果,能够起到长效保持作用,产生较好的社会效益及经济效益。该项目案例成功的经验,可为国内开展村镇黑臭河道治理提供参考。Taking the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in villages and towns in a certain district of Beijing as a project case,the causes of black and odorous water bodies,targeted design schemes,specific remediation measures and the effects after treatment were sorted out,and a smart water environment steward system was formed. Through the comparative analysis of the monitoring water quality categories before and after the remediation,it is determined that the water environment steward system has a significant effect in the treatment and restoration of black and odorous river water bodies at the village and town level,and can play a long-term maintenance role,resulting in better social and economic benefits.The successful experience of this project case can provide reference for domestic black and odorous river treatment projects in villages and towns.
