摘 要:龙口混凝土重力坝已运行多年,近期发现大坝渗漏、混凝土裂缝、钢筋锈蚀、冲刷磨损、脱空等现象,加之混凝土结构内部缺陷,已对大坝工程的安全运行产生较大影响。为查明该混凝土重力坝老化病害,出现消力池底板与基岩之间脱空的真实情况,根据不同病害类型的表征特点,选择具有无损检测的物理探测技术,辅以微破损的小口径钻孔技术对大坝渗漏、大体积混凝土质量缺陷等病害进行检测。通过多种方法的对比分析,获得了不同病害的空间分布特征,达到对混凝土重力坝老化病害进行判断与识别的目的。实测成果表明,该技术体系应用效果良好,具有一定的实践应用和工程推广意义。A concrete gravity dam has been put into operation for many years. Recently,it is found dam leakage,concrete crack,steel corrosion,erosion and wear,void etc. Combined with the internal defects of the concrete structure,it has great impact on the safe operation of the dam project. In order to find out the aging deterioration for the concrete gravity dam,and the real situation of void between the bottom plate of stilling basin and bedrock, according to the characteristics of different disease types,we use non-destructive geophysical detection technology,and small diameter drilling technology with micro-damage to prevent the leakage and large-scale damage of the dam. Through the comparative analysis of various methods,spatial distribution characteristics of different disease types were obtained,and we achieve the purpose of identifying the hazards of concrete gravity dam. The test results show that the proposed method has a good application performance,and is valuable for practical application and engineering promotion.
