摘  要:通过对我国137项调水工程整理分析,采用定性归纳法和聚类分析法,增加行政区域分布、输水干线总长度、供水对象分类特征,构建调水工程分类体系,并采取分类指标对全国调水工程进行统计。开展调水工程的分类方法研究工作,制定分类标准体系,有利于建立全国调水工程数据台账,加强调水工程信息化管理薄弱环节,可为管理单位指导水资源调度并监督实施、组织指导大型调水工程前期工作及指导监督跨区域跨流域调水工程的调度管理等提供重要技术支持。Analysis of 137 water transfer projects in China,qualitative induction and cluster analysis methods are used,and the distribution of administrative regions,total length of water mains,and characteristics of water supply objects are also added.A classification system of water diversion projects is constructed,and classification indicators are used to conduct statistics on water diversion projects.The research on the classification methods of water diversion projects is carryed out.A classification standard system is conducive to the establishment of a national water diversion project data ledger,and emphasizes the weak links in the information management of water projects.The result can provide technical support for the management unit to guide the water resources dispatch work and supervise the implementation,organize and guide the preliminary work of large-scale water transfer projects,and guide and supervise the dispatch management of cross-regional and cross-basin water transfer projects.
