摘　　要：运用PDCA循环全面分析高值医用耗材全生命周期溯源管理的现状,通过查找PDCA管理问题原因、制定对策并组织实施,提高高值医用耗材全生命周期的可溯源率,实现高值医用耗材生产配送链与临床使用端的正向追踪和反向溯源,以及院内外信息的统一化和标准化;完善高值医用耗材信息化联网管理系统,解决信息孤岛问题,实现互联互通,助推“三医联动”,为后期高值医用耗材的召回打下基础。Use the PDCA cycle to comprehensively analyze the status quo of traceability management of high-value medical consumables throughout the life cycle,and improve the traceability rate of high-value medical consumables throughout the life cycle by finding the causes of PDCA management problems,formulating countermeasures and organizing implementation to realize the production and distribution of high-value medical consumables.Forward tracking and reverse traceability of the chain and the clinical user side,as well as the unification and standardization of information inside and outside the hospital;improve the information network management system for high-value medical consumables,solve the problem of information islands,realize interconnection and interoperability,and promote"three medical linkages",Lay the foundation for the recall of medical consumables in the later period.
