摘　　要：目的 探讨改良式约束带在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法 将100例手术治疗患者按随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组患者入手术室后使用传统约束带固定,观察组使用改良式约束带固定,比较2组约束有效率、患者舒适度及约束带压力性损伤发生率。结果 观察组约束有效率、患者舒适度均显著高于对照组(100%比80%、96%比60%,均P<0.05),约束带压力性损伤发生率显著低于对照组(2%比26%,P<0.05)。结论 改良式约束带可显著降低手术患者因约束不牢固而导致的挣脱、坠床、皮肤压力性损伤事件发生率,提高患者舒适度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of a modified restraint band in surgical patients.Methods A total of 100 surgical patients were randomly given either conventional restraint band(control group,n=50)or modified restraint band(observation group,n=50)for fixation.The restraint efficiency,patient comfort and incidence of pressure injury were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the modified restraint band increased the restraint efficiency(100%vs 80%)and patient comfort(96%vs 60%),and decreased the incidence of pressure injury(2%vs 26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified restraint band can reduce the incidence of breaking free,falling out of bed and skin pressure injury caused by unstable constraint,and improve the comfort satisfaction of surgical patients.
