复方黄柏液联合积雪苷霜在耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开术后换药中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方黄柏液联合积雪苷霜在耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开术后换药中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流术患者56例,按换药方法的不同将其分为对照组28例和观察组28例,观察组采取复方黄柏液联合积雪苷霜软膏换药法,对照组应用传统的碘伏换药法。比较2组伤口情况和患者满意率。结果 观察组换药次数、创面愈合时间、换药时疼痛评分和创面色素沉着情况均优于对照组,观察组患者满意率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开术后采用复方黄柏液联合积雪苷霜软膏换药法可促进创面愈合,缩短治疗周期,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid(CCPL)combined with asiaticoside cream in dressing change after incision of abscess for preauricular fistula infection.Methods Fifty-six patients who underwent abscess incision and drainage for preauricular fistula infection were retrospectively analyzed.These patients were given traditional iodophor(control group,n=28)or combined CCPL and asiaticoside cream(observation group,n=28)for dressing change.The frequency of dressing change,wound healing time,pain score during dressing change,wound pigmentation,and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the frequency of dressing change,wound healing time,pain score during dressing change and wound pigmentation were improved in the observation group.In addition,the rate of patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of CCPL and asiaticoside cream in dressing change after incision of abscess for preauricular fistula infection can promote wound healing,shorten treatment period,relieve pain and improve patient satisfaction.
