摘　　要：目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者元记忆睡眠相关因素。方法 采用随机整群抽样,对417例OSA患者进行横断面调查,所有患者均完成一般资料问卷、多导睡眠监测及成人元记忆量表(MIA)评定。采用SPSS 25.0统计软件对数据进行统计描述、方差分析、非参数检验、LSD多重比较和有序Logistic回归分析等统计学处理。结果 有序Logistic回归结果显示,睡眠状态下呼吸暂停次数、最低血氧饱和度、最快心率、低通气指数和鼾声指数与OSA患者元记忆显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 睡眠低通气指数、呼吸暂停次数、最低血氧饱和度、最快心率和鼾声指数是OSA患者元记忆的影响因素。医护人员应多关注这些因素,积极采取措施提高其元记忆水平。Objective To explore the sleep-related factors influencing metamemory in patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed among 417 OSA patients using random cluster sampling method.All of the subjects were investigated by general information questionnaire,polysomography(PSG)and Metamemory in Adulthood(MIA)questionnaire.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical description,ANOVA,nonparametric test,LSD multiple comparison,and generalized linear regression analysis.Results The ordered logistic regression analysis showed that frequency of apnea,minimum oxygen saturation,maximum heart rate,hypopnea index and snoring index in sleep state were significantly associated with the metamemory of OSA patients(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Hypopnea index,apnea frequency,minimum oxygen saturation,maximum heart rate and snoring index in sleep state were the factors influence metamemory in OSA patients.Health care workers should pay more attention to these factors and take active measures to improve the metamemory of OSA patients.
