摘 要:目的 探究便携式信息终端在住院患者院内延续护理满意度调查中的应用效果。方法 选取500例接受院内延续护理服务的住院患者为调查对象,以自行设计的住院患者满意度调查量表为调查问卷。按调查方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组250例。对照组填写纸质调查问卷,研究组用智能手机、平板或PDA在问卷星平台填写调查问卷。比较2组问卷有效应答率及满意度各维度条目均分。结果 研究组问卷有效应答率高于对照组(96.8%比85.2%,P<0.01)。剔除无效问卷,最终对照组纳入213例,研究组纳入242例。满意度各维度条目得分中,2组后勤管理、住院环境维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余7个维度得分研究组均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 应用便携式信息终端调查住院患者院内延续护理满意度,可提高数据真实性、管理效能及工作效率,为延续护理质量改进提供支持。Objective To explore the efficacy of portable information terminal in the survey of inpatient satisfaction with in-hospital continuous care.Methods A total of 500 inpatients who received in-hospital continuous nursing services were surveyed using a self-designed inpatient satisfaction scale.According to different survey methods,these patients were divided into two groups,with 250 patients in each group.The control group filled out the paper questionnaire,while the study group used smartphones,tablets or PDAs to fill out the questionnaire on the Questionnaire Star Platform.The effective response rate and the average score of each dimension of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(96.8%vs 85.2%,P<0.01).After excluding invalid questionnaires,213 cases were included in the control group and 242 cases in the study group.There were no significant differences in the scores of logistics management and hospitalization environment between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the scores of the other seven dimensions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of portable information terminal to investigate inpatient satisfaction with continuous care can improve the authenticity of data,management effectiveness and work efficiency,and provide support for quality improvement in continuous nursing care.
