村党支部领办合作社规范化程度的影响因素研究——以山东省S县为例

摘　　要：村党支部领办合作社把基层党组织的引领作用融入到乡村产业发展、促进农民和村集体增收之中,已成为发展农村集体经济的重要模式,因而其运行的规范化尤为重要。基于山东省S县144家村党支部领办合作社的调研数据,首先选取10个能够充分体现村党支部领办合作社规范化的指标,运用因子分析的计量方法测算出合作社规范化的综合得分,以反映合作社的规范化程度;其次从四个方面选择21个可能影响村党支部领办合作社规范化的自变量指标,利用二元Logistic回归模型找到显著影响村党支部领办合作社规范化的因素;最后根据回归结果得出结论并提出相应的对策建议,以期对村党支部领办合作社的规范化发展思路提供一定的参考。The cooperatives led by the village Party branch have integrated the leading role of the grass-roots Party organizations into the development of rural industry and promoted the income increase of both farmers and village collective.It has become an important model for the development of rural collective economy,therefore the standardization of its operation is particularly important.Based on the survey data of the cooperatives led by 144 village Party branches in S county,Shandong Province,10 indicators that can fully reflect the standardization of the cooperatives led by the village Party branch are selected firstly to calculate the comprehensive score of cooperative standardization with the measurement method of factor analysis,so as to reflect the standardization degree of cooperatives.Secondly,21 independent variable indexes that may affect the standardization of cooperatives led by village Party branch are selected from four aspects,and the binary logistic regression model is used to find the factors that significantly affect the standardization of cooperatives led by village Party branch.Finally,according to the regression results,conclusions are drawn and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide certain reference for the standardized development of cooperatives led by the village Party branch.
