摘 要:地热能作为五大非碳基能源之一,是国家实现“双碳”目标不可或缺的能源。通过对济宁市商业中心项目供热制冷、洗浴热水需求及地热地质条件进行分析研究,提出了经济合理、节能环保的方案。结果表明:采用地热能供热制冷方案,运行费用低,供热制冷年节省费用1.43×10^(6)元,洗浴热水年节省费用0.3973×10^(6)元,地热能供热制冷系统、洗浴热水系统相比氟供热制冷系统、电锅炉洗浴热水系统增量静态投资回收期分别为9.6a和4.1a,长期经济和环保效益显著。研究为济宁市区域内地热能综合开发利用提供了基础依据。As one of the five non carbon based energy sources, geothermal energy is an indispensable energy to achieve the national "dual carbon" goal. Based on the analysis and research on the heating and cooling, bathing hot water demand and geothermal geological conditions of the commercial center project in Jining City, this paper put forward an economic, reasonable,energy-saving and environmental protection scheme. The results show that the geothermal energy heating and cooling scheme has low operation cost, saving 1.43 × 10^(6) yuan for heating and cooling and 0.397 3 × 10^(6) yuan for bathing hot water;the incremental static investment payback period of geothermal energy heating refrigeration system and bathing heat water system compared to fluorine heating refrigeration systems and electric boiler bathing thermal water system are 9.6 a and 4.1 a respectively. The longterm economic and environmental benefits are significant. The study can provide a basic for the comprehensive development and utilization of heat energy in Jining urban area.
