摘  要:分析了一热电厂3×170MW循环流化床锅炉机组冷渣器供水系统流程,发现当该系统外部负荷或者除氧器上水量发生变化时,冷却器有可能出现流量下降的情况,甚至发生断水事故,导致冷渣器停止运行,严重威胁机组安全。鉴于此,提出增设一路冷渣器出口至补水再循环管路连接管路的优化方案,实现无论除氧器是否需要上水,均能保证冷渣器有冷却水供给,有效解决了冷却器流量下降或断水导致冷渣器停运的问题。This paper analyzed the process of the water supply system of the slag cooler of a 3 × 170 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler unit in a thermal power plant, finding that when the external load or the amount of water on the deaerator changes in the system, the cooler may have a flow drop or even a water outage accident, resulting in the suspension of the slag cooler and seriously threatening the safety of the unit. In view of this, this paper proposed an optimization scheme for adding a slag cooler outlet to the water replenishment and recirculation pipeline connection pipeline, so as to ensure that the slag cooler has cooling water supply regardless of whether the deaerator needs to be supplied with water, and effectively solve the accident of the cooler flow drop or the water cutout leading to the shutdown of the slag cooler.
