摘 要:基于半芳香族耐高温聚酰胺生产废水中因氨氮浓度及化学需氧量(COD)高进而影响配套污水设备运行且生产存在胺类单体损耗大的现状,针对聚对苯二甲酰癸二胺和聚对苯二甲酰己二胺系列,采用酸碱滴定+电位突变等方法进行胺废水分析、测试和研究。建立了高效的胺水回用工艺,实施该工艺后,聚合废水中的氨氮浓度从实施前的830 mg/L降至329 mg/L,COD从实施前的8000 mg/L降至3700 mg/L,降低了污水站的处理压力。通过对胺水回用工艺实施前后树脂的基本性能测试、热重分析、毛细管热稳定性分析,发现胺废水回用工艺对产品品质无影响。实践表明,以年产4万t树脂核算,胺水回用工艺实施后,每年可节省水资源约8400 m^(3),节省直接成本370万元,具有显著的经济及环境效益。Based on the fact that the high ammonia nitrogen concentration and chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the semi-ar‐omatic high-temperature resistant polyamide production wastewater affect the operation of the supporting sewage equipment,and amine monomer loss is high in the production process,the acid-base titration+potential mutation and other methods were used to ana‐lyze,test and study the amine wastewater for poly(p-benzoyl decanediamine)(PA10T)and poly(p-benzoyl hexanediamine)(PA6T)series.An efficient amine wastewater reuse process was established.After adopting the process,the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the polymerization wastewater is reduced from 830 mg/L to 329 mg/L,and the COD is reduced from 8000 mg/L to 3700 mg/L,reducing the treatment pressure of the sewage station.Through the basic performances analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and cap‐illary thermal stability testing of the resin before and after amine wastewater reuse,it is found that the amine wastewater reuse pro‐cess has no effect on the product quality.Practice shows that for a resin output of 40000 t/a,after the implementation of the amine wastewater resue process,about 8400 m^(3) of water resources can be saved every year,and the direct costs saved is 3.7 million yuan,which has significant economic and environmental benefits.
