摘 要:某阀芯塑件尺寸小、抽芯结构复杂,若采用常用的抽芯顺序控制机构进行模具设计,一般需多次且按顺序打开模具,必然会使模具整体尺寸增大,结构以及控制机构变得复杂,势必造成模具制造成本以及注塑成本增加。针对以上问题,选用两板模架,设计了四面六方向抽芯结构,采用不同结构尺寸的传统斜导柱和弯销驱动不同的动模滑块抽芯机构,不需控制机构,只需在一次开合模过程中,就可实现顺序、差速抽芯动作,解决了抽芯运动相互干涉问题。模具结构紧凑合理,调试方便,加工制造成本低,控制了模具整体尺寸,使之适合于在小型精密注塑机台注射成型,降低了注塑成本。实验证明,注塑过程稳定安全可靠,成型效率高。A valve core plastic part had the characteristics of small size and complex core-pulling structure.If the commonly used core-pulling sequence control mechanism was used for mould design,the mould generally needed to be opened several times and in sequence,which inevitably increased the overall size of the mould,complicated the structure and control mechanism,and in‐evitably increased the mould manufacturing cost and injection molding cost.For the above problems,a two plate mould base was se‐lected and a four-sided six direction core-pulling structure was designed.The traditional angle pin and angular cam with different structural dimensions were used to drive different slider block core-pulling mechanisms of the moving mould.There was no need for a control mechanism,only in the process of opening and closing the mould,sequential and differential core-pulling could be real‐ized,and the problem of mutual interference of core-pulling movements was solved.The mould has a compact and reasonable struc‐ture,convenient debugging,low manufacturing cost,and the overall size of the mould is controlled,making it suitable for injection molding on small precision injection molding machines,reducing the injection molding cost.Experiments show that the injection molding process is stable,safe and reliable,and the molding efficiency is high.
