摘 要:以正极支架为例,应用Moldflow模流分析软件对正极支架塑件的工艺性进行了分析,根据对该塑件浇口位置分析结果和外观要求确定了浇口的最佳位置。通过对正极支架进行冷却、翘曲的模拟分析,实现了平衡浇注,减少了塑件的收缩变形。设计了一模一腔的三板式顺序抽芯模具,包括分型面、浇注系统、型腔型芯、冷却系统,创新设计了模具的顺序侧抽芯机构,可顺序完成4个方向的抽芯功能。应用UG10.0设计了正极支架三维模具装配图及成型滑块图,介绍了模具成型工作原理。实践证明,模具结构具有新颖性,本模流分析应用及模具结构可对支架类的模具设计提供参考。Taking the battery positive pole bracket as an example,the Moldflow analysis software was applied to the process‐ability of the positive pole bracket plastic parts.According to the analysis results of the gate position of the plastic part and the ap‐pearance requirements,the optimal location of the gate was determined.Simulation analysis of the cooling and warpage of the posi‐tive pole bracket,balanced pouring was achieved,shrinkage deformation of the injection molded parts was reduced.Three-plate se‐quential core-pulling mould with a mould and a cavity was designed,including parting surface,pouring system,cavity and core,cooling system.Innovative design of the sequential side core-pulling mechanism of the mould was carried out,the core-pulling func‐tions in four directions could be completed sequentially.UG10.0 was used to design the three-dimensional mould assembly drawing of the positive pole bracket and the molding slider diagram.The working principle of the mould was introduced.The practice proves that the mould structure is innovative,the application of this Moldflow analysis and the mould structure can provide reference for the mould design of the bracket class.
