老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中应用舒适护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中应用舒适护理的效果。方法选入本院2021年1―12月治疗的老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者58例,将使用舒适护理的29例患者作为舒适组,将使用常规护理的29例患者作为常规组,对比舒适组和常规组舒适度、护理效果指标、肺功能指标、生活质量、焦虑和抑郁量表得分、护理满意度、平均住院天数、呼吸通畅率、护理效果。结果舒适组舒适度、1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、1秒用力呼气容积和用力肺活量的比值以及睡眠质量、躯体能力、社会生活、家庭生活、呼吸通畅率、总有效率、护理满意度均比常规组更高,湿啰音消失时间、痰液恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、平均住院天数均比常规组更短,焦虑、抑郁量表得分均比常规组更低,均P<0.05。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中应用舒适护理比常规护理效果好,能够提高患者的治疗舒适度,改善患者的临床症状、负性情绪、呼吸状态,提高患者的肺活量、生活质量以及护理满意度,从而减少患者的住院天数,有效提升患者的护理效果。Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema treated in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected,29 patients with comfort nursing were taken as comfort group,29 patients with routine nursing were taken as routine group.The comfort level,nursing effect index,pulmonary function index,quality of life,anxiety and depression scale score,nursing satisfaction,average length of hospital stay,respiratory patency rate and nursing effect were compared between the comfort group and the routine group.Results The comfort group,1-second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,1-second forced expiratory volume and forced lung capacity ratio,as well as sleep quality,physical ability,social life,family life,respiratory patency,total effective rate,and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the regular group,the time for crackles to disappear,the time for sputum recovery,the time for cough to disappear,and the average hospitalization time were shorter than those in the regular group,and the scores on the anxiety and depression scale were lower than those in the regular group,all P<0.05.Conclusion In elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema care than conventional application of comfort nursing care effect is good,can improve the treatment of patients with comfort,improve the patient's clinical symptoms,negative psychological mood,respiratory status,lung capacity,the quality of life and satisfaction with care,reduce hospitalization time of patients,improve the nursing effect of patients.
