宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗产后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的结合统计学工具和方法分析宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗产后出血的效果。方法在2015年6月至2021年12月时段收治的产后出血患者中抽取100例作为数据分析基础,依据1∶1原则对其进行对照组(50例)和试验组(50例)划分,对照组行宫腔填塞纱布止血治疗,试验组行宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗,从临床指标、出血量和出血时间、并发症等角度比较不同方案的治疗效果和价值。结果试验组产妇的手术时间、治疗时间、下床活动时间、填充物留置时间、住院时间方面都比对照组更短,差异明显(P<0.05);试验组的24 h出血量明显比对照组更少,止血时间明显比对照组更短,差异明显(P<0.05);试验组并发症风险仅为4.00%,而对照组为22.99%,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论产妇产后出血治疗中采取宫腔球囊压迫止血方案,可以获得更好的止血效果,止血治疗效率较高,且治疗的安全性更高,适合推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of uterine balloon compression hemostasis on postpartum hemorrhage with statistical tools and methods.Methods One hundred cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted from January 20216 to December 2021 were selected as the data analysis basis,and the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)were divided according to the 1∶1 principle.The control group was treated with gauze packing in the uterine cavity,and the experimental group was treated with uterine cavity balloon compression hemostasis.The therapeutic effects and values of different schemes were compared from the perspectives of clinical indicators,bleeding volume,bleeding time,complications,etc.Results The operation time,treatment time,time to get out of bed,time to put the stuffing in,and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the 24-hour bleeding volume of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the risk of complications in the experimental group was only 4.00%,while that in the control group was 22.99%,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of parturients,uterine balloon compression hemostasis can achieve better hemostasis effect,with higher hemostasis treatment efficiency and higher safety,which is suitable for popularization.
