肛周脓肿或肛瘘术后影响创面愈合质量的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究对行肛周脓肿或肛瘘术患者中影响创面愈合质量的危险因素进行分析。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月,我院就诊的150例行肛周脓肿或肛瘘术患者作为研究对象。根据术后2周时间后患者创面愈合恢复情况,分为愈合质量低下组(46例),愈合质量良好组(104例)。比较两组患者并发症发生率和手术情况。结果愈合质量良好组并发糖尿病、慢性胃肠炎、慢性便秘及肿瘤疾病情况明显低于治愈质量低下组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。愈合质量良好组手术时间、手术方式及切口选择与愈合质量低下组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响肛周脓肿或肛瘘术后患者创面愈合质量的危险因素包括合并症、手术情况等,护理人员应采取有效措施,控制危险因素对创面愈合治疗的影响,以提升预后效果。Objective To study the risk factors of wound healing quality in patients undergoing perianal abscess or fistula operation.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,150 patients with perianal abscess or Fistula were selected as the study subjects.According to the recovery of wound healing after 2 weeks,the patients were divided into 46 patients with poor healing quality and 104 patients with good healing quality.The incidence of complications and operative conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The conditions of diabetes,chronic gastroenteritis,chronic constipation and tumor in the good healing quality group were significantly lower than those low healing quality group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in operation time,operation mode and incision selection between the group with good healing quality group and low healing quality group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors that affect the quality of wound healing in patients undergoing perianal abscess or fistula surgery include complications,operation conditions,etc.The nursing staff should take effective measures to control the influence of risk factors on wound healing,improve outcome.
