针灸联合中医熏洗治疗痔疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究对于痔疮患者应用中医熏洗以及针灸治疗的效果。方法于我院痔疮患者中随机抽取84例分为两组,对照组应用中医熏洗治疗,观察组联合使用针灸治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率42例(97.62%)较对照组42例(76.19%)明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组痔核脱出(0.58±0.12)分,便血(0.52±0.18)分,疼痛(0.46±0.13)分,显著低于对照组[痔核脱出(1.16±0.32)分,便血(1.09±0.22)分,疼痛(1.19±0.28)分](P<0.05)。观察组脱出物好转时间(7.13±0.52)d,疼痛好转时间(3.35±0.46)d,水肿好转时间(3.32±0.21)d,显著短于对照组[脱出物好转时间(8.18±0.65)d,疼痛好转时间(5.92±0.80)d,水肿好转时间(5.10±0.69)d](P<0.05)。观察组治疗24 h后VAS(2.20±0.45)分,治疗72 h后VAS(1.41±0.39)分,显著低于对照组[治疗24 h后VAS(3.75±0.58)分,治疗72 h后VAS(2.81±0.64)分](P<0.05)。观察组6个月复发率1例(2.38%),12个月复发率9例(21.43%),显著低于对照组[6个月复发率9例(21.43%),12个月复发率18例(42.86%)](P<0.05)。结论对于痔疮患者应用针灸治疗和中药熏洗治疗更有利于快速缓解疼痛,从而有效改善痔疮症状,缩短患者疗程,全面提高疗效,对于远期复发有着积极作用,可在临床上推广使用。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture on hemorrhoids patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.Results:The effective rate of 42 cases(97.62%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 42 cases(76.19%)in the control group(P<0.05).The hemorrhoid prolapse(0.58±0.12),hematochezia(0.52±0.18),and pain(0.46±0.13)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[hemorrhoid prolapse(1.16±0.32),hematochezia(1.09±0.22),and pain(1.19±0.28)](P<0.05).The improvement time of prolapse(7.13±0.52)days,pain(3.35±0.46)days and edema(3.32±0.21)days in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group[the improvement time of prolapse(8.18±0.65)days,pain(5.92±0.80)days and edema(5.10±0.69)days](P<0.05).The VAS(2.20±0.45)points in the observation group 24 hours after treatment and(1.41±0.39)points in the observation group 72 hours after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group[VAS(3.75±0.58)points 24 hours after treatment and(2.81±0.64)points 72 hours after treatment](P<0.05).In the observation group,the 6-month recurrence rate was 1 case(2.38%),and the 12-month recurrence rate was 9 cases(21.43%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group[the 6-month recurrence rate was 9 cases(21.43%),and the 12-month recurrence rate was 18 cases(42.86%)](P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment for hemorrhoids patients are more conducive to rapid relief of pain,so as to effectively improve the symptoms of hemorrhoids,shorten the course of treatment for patients,comprehensively improve the curative effect,and have a positive effect on long-term recurrence,which can be popularized in cl
