腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中配合手术室护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中配合手术室护理的效果,旨在减少并发症,提高其生活质量。方法选择2020年1~12月在本院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的200例患者,按照抽签的方式均分为两组,每组100例,分别给予常规护理和手术室护理。观察并分析两组护理效果。结果观察组首次下床时间(18.20±5.60)min、首次排气时间(29.50±6.20)min、肠道恢复时间(20.50±5.00)h、手术时间(5.10±1.30)min、住院时间(7.30±2.40)d等均短于对照组的(33.10±7.30)min、(37.60±6.50)min、(32.50±6.40)h、(6.90±2.40)min、(12.40±3.60)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的19.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.00%,明显高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术室管理评分(97.20±10.40)、护理操作评分(97.50±10.10)、人文关怀评分(97.60±10.50)、整体满意度评分(94.80±10.60),明显高于对照组的(86.30±10.30)、(86.70±10.20)、(80.50±10.40)、(84.20±10.70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中配合手术室护理能减少并发症的发生,缩短手术时间和住院时间,促进患者恢复。同时还能提高手术室护理服务质量,帮助患者尽早恢复。Objective This study mainly discusses the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery in colorectal cancer,aiming to reduce complications and improve its quality of life.Methods From January to December 2020,200 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer in our hospital were divided into two groups,100 patients in each group.Routine care and operating room care were given,respectively.Two groups of care effects were observed and analyzed.Results The time of getting out of bed for the first time(18.20±5.60)min,the time of first exhaust(29.50±6.20)min,the time of intestinal recovery(20.50±5.00)h,the time of operation(5.10±1.30)min,and the hospitalization time(7.30±2.40)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(33.10±7.30)min,(37.60±6.50)min,(32.50±6.40)h,(6.90±2.40)min,and(12.40±3.60)d,with significant differences(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(19.00%,P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%,P<0.05);The operating room management score(97.20±10.40),nursing operation score(97.50±10.10),humanistic care score(97.60±10.50),and overall satisfaction score(94.80±10.60)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(86.30±10.30),(86.70±10.20),(80.50±10.40),and(84.20±10.70)(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room nursing during laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation can reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and promote the recovery of patients.At the same time,it can also improve the quality of nursing service in the operating room and help patients recover as soon as possible.
