摘  要:为提高王家岭煤矿综放工作面回撤的效率及安全性,以18104综放工作面为例,通过对比分析目前常用回撤技术的优缺点,确定该工作面适用预掘单一回撤通道回撤技术,针对矿井开采实际条件,设计预掘回撤通道支护参数及工作面末采阶段铺顶网、与回撤通道贯通等措施,应用实践表明,工作面回撤空间施工实践减少约一周,设备回撤期间未出现支架压死、顶板破碎、煤壁内挤等破坏现象,实现了综放工作面设备的安全、快速回撤。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of the retraction of the 18104 fully mechanized caving face in Wangjialing Colliery,by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current commonly used retraction techniques,it is determined that pre-excavation single retraction channel retraction technology is suitable for this face.According to the actual conditions of mine mining,the support parameters of the pre-excavation retraction channel and measures such as roofing nets at the final mining stage of the working face,and connection with the retraction channel are designed,whose application practice shows that the construction practice of the retreat space of the working face is reduced by about one week with no damages such as crushed support,broken roof,and coal wall extrusion during the withdrawal of the equipment,and realizes the safe and rapid withdrawal of the fully mechanized caving face equipment.
