摘 要:铺龙湾煤业8102工作面开采8^(#)煤层,顶板为泥质胶结岩层,其81021运输顺槽(以下简称巷道)围岩变形严重;基于有限元分析法对8^(#)煤层顶底板岩层进行围岩应变数值运算,以掌握围岩变形特征;分析认为,泥质胶结顶板稳定性差,采用传统支护措施无法满足支护要求,形变量最大达到280 mm;决定采取增加U型钢支护、增加锚固强度等支护措施;应用表明,优化后的支护方案能够满足安全需求。In view of the serious deformation of the surrounding rock of 81021 conveyor gateway of 8102 working face in Pulongwan Coal Industry,based on the finite element analysis method,the paper carries out the numerical calculation of the surrounding rock strain on No.8 coal seam roof and floor rock layers to grasp the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock.In view of the situation that traditional support measures cannot meet the support requirements,the article also proposes to take support measures such as adding U-shaped steel support and increasing the anchoring strength,whose application shows that the optimized support scheme can meet the safety requirements.
