摘  要:有效控制围岩变形是矿井深部掘进大断面软岩巷道需要解决的重点问题。针对上庒煤矿11503回风巷掘进过程中巷道底鼓严重的问题,通过分析底鼓影响因素,采取以改善围岩受力、强化围岩支护为核心的底鼓防治技术措施治理该巷道的底鼓问题,具体措施包括:①将回风巷区段保护煤柱宽度由6 m增加至10 m,提高煤柱支撑效果并减少煤柱帮、底鼓变形。②对巷道原有支护参数进行优化,采用φ22 mm×2800 mm、φ22 mm×3100 mm水力膨胀式锚杆对巷帮及顶板进行支护,并强化帮肩及帮角岩体支护,采用φ22 mm×7500 mm高强锚索强化顶板悬吊作用。③对于底鼓严重变形区,采用注浆方式对底板进行加固。现场应用后,巷道底鼓变形得以较好控制,最大底鼓量控制在385 mm以内,底鼓不会给后续掘进、使用带来影响。Effectively controlling the deformation of surrounding rock is the key problem that needs to be solved when excavating deep large section soft rock roadway.Aiming at the serious problem of roadway floor heave during the excavation process of 11503 return air roadway in Shangzhuang Colliery,technical measures for the prevention and control of floor heave with the core of improving the stress of the surrounding rock and strengthening the support of the surrounding rock are taken to treat the floor heave of the roadway in the paper,which are as following:firstly,improve the coal pillar support effect and reduce the deformation of the coal pillar and floor heave by increasing the width of the protected coal pillar in the return air road section from 6 m to 10 m;secondly,optimize the original support parameters of the roadway,usingφ22 mm×2800 mm,φ22 mm×3100 mm hydraulic expansion bolts to support the roadway side and roof,and strengthen the support shoulder and angle rock mass support,using φ22 mm×7500 mm high-strength anchor cables to strengthen the suspension effect of the roof and thirdly,grouting reinforce the floor to treat the severely deformed area of the floor heave.The field application shows that the deformation of the floor drum of the roadway can be well controlled,the maximum amount of the floor heave is controlled within 385 mm,and the floor heave will not affect the subsequent excavation.
