分析综合护理干预对儿科重症监护病房患儿护理效果及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析护理干预对儿科重症监护病房患儿护理效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月福建医科大学附属三明市第一医院收治的重症监护病房患儿120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规病房监护管理,观察组联合给予综合护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患儿睡眠质量改善情况,同时比较2组患儿家属配合度。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组患儿家长对治疗环境、安全责任、操作规范、人本服务、护理成效评分高于对照组,观察组患儿家长护理配合度高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预应用于儿科重症监护病房患儿护理中,能够显著改善患儿睡眠质量,对家长的护理配合行为产生积极影响,提高整体护理工作质量,整体护理效果十分理想,可在临床中推广应用。Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the nursing effect and sleep quality of children in pediatric intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 120 children from January 2020 to January 2022 in the intensive care unit of Sanming First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care management,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality of children in 2 groups,and the degree of cooperation between the families of children in the two groups was compared as well.Results:After the nursing intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The scores of the parents of the observation group on the treatment environment,safety responsibility,operation specification,humanistic service,and nursing effectiveness were higher than the control group.The nursing cooperation degree of the parents in the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in pediatric intensive care unit can significantly improve the sleep quality of children,have a positive impact on parent’ s nursing cooperation behavior,improve the quality of overall nursing work,and the overall nursing effect is very ideal,which can be popularized in clinical application.
