摘 要:为解决智能控制模块与接触器本体的良好配合问题,实现智能化接触器运动过程良好控制,基于CompactRIO研制一套智能接触器综合性能评估系统.下位机采集接触器运动过程动态特征参数并实现全程的实时控制,上位机提取性能评估指标,采用主客观综合赋权法对各指标进行权重确定;结合云模型理论与逼近理想解排序法构建智能接触器性能评估解算模型,并通过评估分析确定了智能接触器最优控制方案.研究结果表明:该模型不仅分析结构参数对接触器性能指标的影响,同时研究智能控制策略对接触器关键参数的影响.In order to solve the problem of good cooperation between intelligent control module and contactor body,to achieve good control of intelligent contactor movement process,a set of comprehensive performance evaluation system has been developed based on the CompactRIO.The lower machine acquired the dynamic characteristic parameters of the contactor's moving process and realized the real-time control of the whole process.The upper computer extracts the performance evaluation index,using the comprehensive weighting method to determine the weight of each index.The optimal control scheme of intelligent contactor is determined by evaluation and analysis.Combined with cloud model theory and TOPSIS constructed an intelligent contactor performance evaluation solution model,which not only analyzed the influence of structural parameters on the contactor performance index,but also studied the influence of intelligent control strategy on the key parameters of the contactor.
