聚维酮碘对3种水产致病菌的消毒时效性研究

摘  要:聚维酮碘是水产养殖行业中广泛使用的消毒剂,但在聚维酮碘消毒时效性方面,缺乏相关研究报道。为探讨聚维酮碘对3种水产致病菌的消毒时效性,本试验针对20%聚维酮碘溶液按照安全浓度为1 mg/L,将它分别作用于水体中的嗜水气单胞菌、河流弧菌、维氏气单胞菌3种水产养殖常见病原菌,并计算20%聚维酮碘溶液对水体中这3种菌的消毒时效性。结果显示:聚维酮碘对这3种菌分别在3 h、2 h、3 h时杀菌效果达到最好,此时的杀菌率分别为96.67%、93.51%、93.00%;数量回升时间分别为6 h、5 h、5 h,此时的杀菌率分别为76.32%、82.25%、85.50%。聚维酮碘溶液对维氏气单胞菌和河流弧菌杀菌效果较好,消毒时效性为5 h,其次为嗜水气单胞菌,消毒时效性为6 h。本研究完善了聚维酮碘消毒时效性基础数据,给水产养殖行业科学使用聚维酮碘消毒剂提供基础依据。Povidone iodine is a widely used disinfectant in aquaculture industry.However,there is a lack of relevant research reports on detailed bactericidal effect.In order to investigate the effi ciency of povidone iodine in disinfection,this study used 20%povidone iodine solution at a safe concentration of 1 mg/L to treat three common pathogens of aquaculture including Aeromonas hydrophila,Vibrio fl uvialis and Aeromonas veronii.The results showed that 20%povidone iodine solution had the best bactericidal effect for 3 h,2 h and 3 h treatment for these three bacteria in the water and the bactericidal rate was 96.67%,93.51%and 93.00%,respectively.The recovery time of the quantity was 6 h,5 h and 5 h and the bactericidal rate at these time points was 76.32%,82.25%and 85.50%,respectively.Povidone iodine solution had a good bactericidal effect on Aeromonas veronii and Vibrio fl uvialis with the effective disinfection for 5 h,followed by Aeromonas hydrophila with the effective disinfection for 5 h.In this study,disinfection data of povidone iodine would be helpful to provide a basis for its scientific use in aquaculture industry.
