摘　　要：为评估2010-2021年中山市动物狂犬病疫苗免疫效果,连续12年对中山市23个镇街免疫犬只进行采样监测,共采集犬血清样品3418份,采用狂犬病荧光抗体病毒中和试验法(FAVN)进行狂犬病抗体的检测。检测结果显示,2010-2021年全市犬狂犬病免疫抗体总阳性率为86.89%,其中2010年免疫抗体阳性率为58.09%,2011年上升至82.54%,之后连续10年均高于75%,总体呈稳定上升趋势。中山市组团分布结果显示,12年间中山市东北部组团犬狂犬病抗体阳性率为85.26%、西北部组团为87.94%、中心组团为88.27%、南部组团为86.55%、东部组团为81.13%。结果表明,中山市犬类狂犬病免疫效果总体较好,达到WHO关于狂犬病的控制标准。To evaluate the efficacy of rabies vaccine,3418 dog serum samples were collected from 2010 to 2021 from 23 towns of Zhongshan city and tested in fluorescent antibody virus neutralization(FAVN).The survey indicate that the average qualification rate of immune antibody levels was 86.89%from 2010 to 2021.In detail,the qualification rate was 58.09%in 2010,82.54%in 2011 and above 75%in the following ten years.In addition,the positive rate of rabies antibodies was 85.26%in the northeast region,87.94%in the northwest region,88.27%in the center region,86.55%in the south region and 81.13%in the east region.These survey data showed that the rabies antibodies in Zhongshan city had been exceed the prevention criterion of WHO.
