摘 要:随着高压直流输电换流阀运行时间的增长,少部分大组件技术的换流阀主通流回路母线接头出现不同程度的发热异常情况,接头发热严重影响换流站的安全稳定运行。针对大组件换流阀主通流回路母线接头发热问题,理论分析了端子发热的主要原因,建立仿真模型进行仿真计算,并评估方案实施的可行性,提出增加并联母线的治理办法,最终通过试验验证增加并联母线是一种有效降低母线接头温度的方法。With the increase of the operation time of HVDC converter valve,the bus joints of the main flow path circuit of a few large component converter valves have different degrees of abnormal heating,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the converter station.Aiming at the heating problem of the busbar joints of the main through-flow circuit of the large-component converter valve,the main reasons for the terminal heating are theoretically analyzed,a simulation model is established for simulation calculation,the feasibility of the implementation of the scheme is evaluated,and the management method of adding parallel busbars is proposed.Finally,it is verified by experiments that adding parallel busbars is an effective method to reduce the temperature of busbar joints.
