摘  要:变电站与调控主站的通信采用主站双前置、调度数据网双平面、变电站双远动等冗余机制来提升通信可靠性。但主站通常只连接一台远动机,另一台未连接远动机若处于故障状态则难以被主站感知,双远动冗余机制处于失效状态,存在极大的通信中断风险。通过站控层状态监测数据总线,故障远动机的状态信息能够及时被正常远动机和监控后台获取。状态信息包括装置的CPU使用率、磁盘剩余空间、关键进程退出、设备死机等。变电站双远动机进行状态互监测并将信息上送主站,主站获知告警后,可及时安排对故障运动机进行检修。该方案在试点变电站达到了预期效果,实现了远动机远程状态监测,提高了冗余通信可靠性,且实施成本低,有较高的应用推广价值。The communication between substation and control master station uses redundant mechanisms such as dual-front of master station,dual-plane of dispatch data network,dual-remote terminal unit(RTU)of substation to improve communication reliability.However,the master station usually only connects one RTU.If another unconnected RTU is in a fault state,it is difficult to be sensed by the master station.The dual telecontrol redundancy mechanism is in a failed state,and there is a great risk of communication interruption.Through the status monitoring data bus of the station control layer,the status information of the faulty RTU can be acquired by the normal RTU and the monitoring background in time.The status information includes the CPU usage of the device,the remaining disk space,the exit of key processes,and the crash of the device.The dual RTU of the substation conduct mutual monitoring of the status and send the information to the master station.After the master station is informed of the alarm,it can timely arrange the maintenance of the faulty RTU.The scheme has achieved the expected effect in the pilot substation,realized the remote state monitoring of the RTU,improved the reliability of redundant communication,and the implementation cost is low.It has high application and promotion value.
